Salary: £50,000 – £55,000
Job Type: Permanent, Contract
Ivy Resource Group are currently recruiting to hire a Contracts Manager to join the permanent construction division for one of our clients based in Gloucester.
The Company:
Our client has three distinctive divisions, Construction, Shopfitting & Interiors and General Works.
Vacancy Details:
Experience in contract management, including contract negotiations and contract compliance
Strong knowledge of legal requirements related to contracts
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously, with strong organisational skills
Analytical mindset and ability to identify and mitigate risks
Experience in the construction or related industries is essential
Full driving license
Salary:
£50,000 - £55,000 per annum
